A fast track to the office of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)

Save time! With the information provided by the international students in the registration form, the CBSA team is able to prepare their study permits in advance. The Accueil Plus service has been designed to simplify the arrival of students by reducing their waiting time.

The reception booths for international students

The kiosk in the restricted area, as well as the kiosk in the arrivals hall for international flights and the virtual kiosk (webinars), will offer registered students the opportunity to communicate with the Accueil Plus agents. This dynamic and friendly team will be waiting for you at the airport, in order to inform you, advise you and guide you upon your arrival.

These services are made possible by the travel plans collected from international students through the Accueil Plus registration system.

***This video clip, uploaded for the 2019 edition, mentions the location of the reception booth in the arrivals hall for international flights.

The Accueil Plus services are coordinated by the Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire with the support of all of the university establishments in Quebec such as: the Regroupement des cégeps de Montréal, the Fédération des cégeps, the Québec métiers d’avenir and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The Canada Border Services Agency, the ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration and Aéroports de Montréal are also collaborating on the project.
