Services offered at Montréal-Trudeau Airport
The following services will be offered at Montréal-Trudeau Airport:
Streamlined procedures with the Canada Border Services Agency: this service aims at reducing the waiting time of international students whose first port of entry in Canada is Montréal-Trudeau Airport and who must be provided with their study permit upon their arrival at the airport.
The Reception service of the ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles du Québec (MICC): once the immigration procedures will be completed with the Canada Border Services Agency, students will be invited to visit the MICC Reception service, where government officials will provide them with useful information for their stay in Québec.
The reception booth for international students at the airport: located in the international arrivals hall, this reception booth is the place where will be held the welcoming activity of international students at the airport. A team of reception officers will be waiting there to inform students and guide them as soon as they arrive. For more information on this service, visit the
Reception booth page.
The travel information collected from students through the Accueil Plus registration system is what makes it possible to offer these services.
