What is the Accueil Plus service?

Accueil Plus is a free service offered each year to new international students who arrive at Montréal-Trudeau Airport to study at a university, college or vocational training center in Québec.

Efficiency at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) office

With Accueil Plus, the Canada Border Services Agency can anticipate the daily traffic generated by international students and efficiently prepare for your arrival.

The kiosk in the restricted area, as well as the virtual kiosk (webinars), will offer registered students the opportunity to communicate with the Accueil Plus agents. This dynamic and friendly team will be waiting for you at the airport, in order to inform you, advise you and guide you upon your arrival.

These services are made possible by the travel plans collected from international students through the Accueil Plus registration system.

A SET OF PARTNERS

The Accueil Plus services are coordinated by the Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire with the support of all of the university establishments in Quebec such as: the Regroupement des cégeps de Montréal, the Fédération des cégeps, the Québec métiers d’avenir and the ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur du Québec. The Canada Border Services Agency, the ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration du Québec and Aéroports de Montréal are also collaborating on the project.
